The very bright and cozy apartment has two levels with an open sleeping gallery. It is located in a two-family house in a quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the newly created Landesgartenschau site (from May 2024).
Heimstetten is located in the east of Munich, in the so-called Speckgürtel. Munich city center can be reached in approx. 35 minutes by S-Bahn or by car. The Munich Trade Fair and the Riem Arcaden shopping center are nearby.
