The advertised rate is valid upon request starting from a minimum stay of 30 nights and may vary accordingly during trade fair periods and during the Oktoberfest. For the months of May and June, the surcharge is 50 euros per night.

You can enjoy a comfortable UK king size bed, a kitchenette complete with dining table, microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer and many designer cooking appliances.

The entire apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped so that you can move in immediately. The comfortable sofa bed in the living area can be easily folded in and out. The living area also has a small seating group and an additional work area. A practical built-in wardrobe in the entrance area offers plenty of storage space.

The apartment is located in the heart of Munich in the district of Maxvorstadt. This quarter is one of the most culturally and architecturally stunning parts of Munich. Three very important architectural highlights are located here: Königsplatz, Pinakotheken and Siegestor. It is ideal for students, as it is home to the two large universities LMU and TUM.
