On 20m² our compact City Studios offer everything you need for your stay in Munich.
You can enjoy a comfortable UK king size bed, a kitchenette complete with dining table, microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer and many designer cooking appliances.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner without leaving the building. Work and chat in the co-working area. And relax with a dip in the heated outdoor pool before returning to your own apartment.

There's more to explore on the rooftop, including a colorful Urban Farm where we grow many of the ingredients for our restaurant. Lush plants, succulents, and raw materials like wood and concrete capture the image of the city.

On offer are thoughtfully designed, unique 1- and 2-room suites with living spaces ranging from around 26 to 90m², designed by the renowned Munich firm steidle architects. Developed in the former park of the French General Consulate.
