In this apartment, every detail has been taken into careful consideration in order to make your stay especially pleasant. A beautiful natural oak floor, the built-in furniture all craftsmanship in solid spruce, a functional all-wood kitchenette, the bathroom with Jerusalem stone tiles, are just some of the special elements that make the apartment so unique.
The entire residence is completely radiation-free (earth radiation, water veins, etc.) and was created with sustainable building materials. The water is purified and revitalized by a Grander filter system.
The property is located in Obersteinbach, a very quiet little village (about 200 inhabitants) of Bad Heilbrunn, between Kochel am See, Benediktbeuern and Bad Tölz. The next supermarket, bakery, butcher etc. can be found in 2-3 minutes driving time in Bichl, Benediktbeuern or Bad Heilbrunn.
You have various excursion possibilities right outside your door. You can start hiking directly in front of the house (Lainbachtal, Bichler Hütte to Blomberg) or biking (mountain bike trails to Blomberg, Tutzinger Hütte/Benediktenwand etc., the Königssee-Bodensee bike trail passes directly by the house). In the immediate vicinity there are two outdoor pools (Naturbad Bichl, Alpenwarmbad Benediktbeuern). Only 10km away is the new Kristalltherme at Kochelsee.
Many Upper Bavarian lakes are very closeby, e.g. Kochelsee (10km away), Walchensee (18km), Starnbergersee (20km), Tegernsee (28km), Staffelsee (Murnau 20km). Hiking areas: Blomberg (8km), Benediktenwand (3km) or Herzogstand (20km). Excursion destinations Benediktbeurer monastery (3km), Bad Tölz (10km) or Garmisch Partenkirchen(40km).
