The enlarged banks of the river Isar are located directly in front of your door and offer a wide variety of sports- and leisure possibilities. The popular zoo Tierpark Hellabrunn is nearby. Wonderful beer gardens along the Isar and barbecue facilities (e.g. Flaucher). All shopping facilities for daily needs within walking distance.
Underground line U1 at Candidplatz and the express bus to Marienplatz are right outside the door. A good café with its own roastery is only 1 minute on foot from the apartment.
It is very easy to find a parking space in this area.
A spacious cellar compartment of approx. 15m² with a window offers a lot of storage room or can be used as a gym.
