Very nice and spacious apartment with private roof terrace, in a good and quiet residential area in Waldtrudering, east of Munich. Quiet and green location. With modern daylight bathroom in mint condition.
Very comfortable: A roof terrace with approx. 16 sqm on the 1st floor (the apartment is located on the 2nd floor) is at the tenant's free and sole disposal.
