The apartment was tastefully furnished and has some special features in every room. The living room consits of a couch, a dining table with chairs, a glass cabinet and a very unique secretary. The kitchen is in a separate room and has a window and a small table with two chairs. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a closet with a lot of storage space for your clothes. The second bedroom has a double bed and small desk. The daylight bathroom has shelf space next to the sink and a walk-in shower.
Another highlight is the garden adjacent to the apartment, which can be used by the tenant.
The outside parking space is especially convenient and is already included in the rent.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Starnberg in the small municipality of Tutzing.
Tutzing is located on the eastern shore of the lake, where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets.
Thanks to its close proximity to the lake, you have the opportunity to take a dip in the lake when the weather is nice.
In summer, Lake Starnberg attracts sailors, windsurfers and water sports enthusiasts in particular.
Tutzing is one of the most popular ports of call for tourists and locals from Munich.
The municipality has all the stores for daily needs and restaurants.
The advantage of Tutzing is the S-Bahn connection to Munich, but Garmisch-Patenkirchen can also be easily reached by train. You can reach the S-Bahn station in seven minutes by bike. You can also quickly reach the city center of Munich by car via the A95 freeway.

慕尼黑的私人公寓和住宅的最低租期为六个月。慕尼黑市政府认为，租期少于6个月属于滥用居住空间，因此我们只为租期至少6个月或更长的公寓和住宅提供中介服务。<br />在 Tegernsee 地区，私人提供商也被允许出租较短的租期，因此我们可以提供短至一个月的带家具出租服务。
