Very nice, large, furnished 4-room apartment, including loggia with views over the rooftops and to the European Patent Office.
The bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains, in the kitchen all electrical appliances are new: washer-dryer, Nespresso capsule machine, dishes, toaster, kettle.
Very comfortable: An underground parking space in the building can be rented additionally (178,50 EUR/month).
