在慕尼黑，私人出租公寓和住宅的最短租期为六个月。慕尼黑市政府认为，租期少于6个月属于侵占居住空间，因此只有通过我们才能租到至少6个月或更长时间的公寓和住宅。而服务式公寓等商业机构在很多地方的租期都不得超过六个月。因此，我们将短期租赁和长期租赁区分开来。在 Tegernsee 地区，私人提供商也可以出租较短的租期，这意味着我们可以提供短至一个月的带家具出租服务。
如果您希望亲自到现场看房，请告知我们。如果公寓仍在出租，我们的顾问会安排与现任租户预约。如果单位已经空置，通常可以在短时间内安排预约。请注意，单位通常会租给先做出有约束力承诺的人。因此，不要太晚安排预约，否则在此期间所需的房产可能已经租出。
