The bathroom with window has a corner bathtub, a separate shower and an additional guest toilet. The garden maintenance is included in the rental price. The house also has a powerful Photovoltaic system (without storage). Feldkirchen has very good traffic connections but is also located in the middle of nature. It provides numerous local recreation areas and a picturesque environment.
