The Art House has an underground garage with parking spaces and is directly accessible by car lift. Therefore, your home can be reached comfortably from the underground garage.
The natural property is located 80m from the train station in Brannenburg. In 45 minutes you can reach Munich Ostbahnhof and in 15 minutes the nearby cities of Rosenheim and Kufstein (Austria). All shopping facilities are located in the up-and-coming town of Brannenburg, which offers an extraordinarily diverse range of leisure activities in the surrounding area. The nearby mountain range Sudelfeld, the Wendelstein ... and many more mountains invite ambitious sports enthusiasts all year long.

慕尼黑的私人公寓和住宅的最低租期为六个月。慕尼黑市政府认为，租期少于6个月属于滥用居住空间，因此我们只为租期至少6个月或更长的公寓和住宅提供中介服务。<br />在 Tegernsee 地区，私人提供商也被允许出租较短的租期，因此我们可以提供短至一个月的带家具出租服务。
如果您希望亲自到现场看房，请告知我们。如果公寓仍在出租，我们的顾问会安排与现任租户预约。如果单位已经空置，通常可以在短时间内安排预约。请注意，单位通常会租给先做出有约束力承诺的人。因此，不要太晚安排预约，否则在此期间所需的房产可能已经租出。
